一、初步接洽與丈量
了解業主需求,並現場丈量,詳述工作流程及圖面時程,以及編列預算方式(無費用階段)
Understand customer's require and on-site measurment. Full description of working flow, design schedule and budget plan arragement.

二、規劃提案
針對使用者提出設計師之初步構想圖面,以利深入瞭解使用者之需求,並確立合作模式(無費用階段)
Presenting the designer's initial vision map for the user to deeper understanding of the user's needs and establish a cooperation model.

三、設計委任
確認設計合作模式及內容,並簽訂設計合約,依合約內容進行設計作業
Confirm the design cooperation
model and content. And sign a design contract to design work according to the contract.
設計期間案進度製作套圖與材質表等內容,並同時確立施作項目及工程預算
四、設計與預算規劃
During the design period, the project schedule and material table are produced, and the project budget are established at the same time.
五、工程委任
確認工程施作內容及費用,詳列工程進度流程,簽訂工程委任合約
Confirm project content and payment. List down detailed process. Signing a project appointment contract.
六、裝修工程
工程合約簽訂後,按進度表進行施工流程,並於合約期限內完成
After signing the contract,
Construction process according to schedule and completed within the contract period.
七、完工驗收
裝修工程進度完工後,業主驗收交屋,結案。
After the completion of the construction, the owner will check and accept the construction. Then accomplish the case.
八、保固服務
工程保固一年,超過一年保固之工程秉持服務原則,盡力協助使用者排除工程後續產生之相關問題
One year warranty for quality . After one year, base on the service principle. We will do the best to solve the problem for the customer.
